These jerks are obviously receiving contact information from another party, specifically PayDay loan "matching" companies. That is how they have checking information about you. It is a scam and they will promise services and loans for a small monthly fee, then slam your checking account later and hope you don't notice, or will not act on it. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!

Got this call in my cell phone in toronto Canada and when I tried to check who called I got a response saying emergency numbers only.

I missed a call from this #, can't call back ,

Never leaves a message, when I call back they don't state the name of the company.
